YOUR SAFARI INCLUDES:

Click on the highlighted names for detailed information about each location.

To capture award-winning images we know it's important you have the time and space to completely focus on your photography. With years of experience running photo safaris we've got all the big and small details covered. First, we make sure you get the maximum time in the field possible and you're in the right place to capture beautiful images. Then we take care of everything else. All you have to do is turn up with your cameras and be ready to shoot.

  • Fly in-Fly out Transfers: Your safari begins with a light aircraft flight from Arusha Airport to Tarangire NP. Transfers between Tarangire NP and the Serengeti NP are also made by light aircraft and at the end of your safari you will fly back to the Arusha airport and continue your onward journey. These flights are included in the cost of your safari and all the details will be on your travel itinary. Click here to view a map of Tanzania.
  • Accommodation: Our Tanzania photo safaris are lodge based. We have chosen lodges that are in premium wildlife photography locations and that provide high quality personalised service. You will be hosted in very comfortable, fully serviced en-suite accommodation. All lodges have plenty of recharge facilities to keep your camera batteries powered up. Click here to view lodge information.
  • Food and beverages: All meals are freshly prepared by the skilled lodge chefs. Water, soft drinks and local wine, beer and spirits are included. If you have specialised dietary requirements, catering to your needs will not be a problem.
  • Safari vehicles: You will photograph from open-style safari vehicles. We have exclusive use of these comfortable and spacious vehicles. There is plenty of room for you to move around and have your photographic equipment close at hand. There is a maximum of four photographers per vehicle.
  • Equipment: We provide large, good quality beanbags for use throughout the safari and there are tripods available so you may only have to bring your tri-pod head. There is a lot of information to cover when it comes to equipment so you will receive an in-depth information document that covers everything from clothing essentials to camera equipment as soon as you confirm your reservation.

PRE AND POST SAFARI ARRANGEMENTS:

For many, Africa is along way from home but once you are here the rest of Africa is relatively close at hand. This is the perfect opportunity to explore Tanzania further or beyond to neighbouring countries. We can arrange an extension to your photographic safari to regions such as Ngorogoro Crater, Mt Kilaminlaro, or Zanzibar Island with its beautiful beaches and warm waters. If this is an option you would like to know more about then please advise us and when discussing your photographic safari we can offer some great suggestions and make all the necessary arrangements.
